RISE PERFORMANCE

Rise Performance Training has arrived.

This ON-SEASON strength program is for athletes in their junior high or high school season.

The program is set up to supplement players so they maintain strength and muscle mass for better performance.

Please note there is an athlete limit of 12 players per age group.

Once all spots have been filled, registration will close.

Junior High Program

  • Co-Ed (Boys & Girls Mixed)
